This hands-on spring workshop is designed for beginners who want practical, real-world foraging skills — not just plant trivia. You’ll walk the farm with us, learn how to identify 8–10 common wild edibles, understand key lookalikes, and practice ethical harvesting techniques.
Then we’ll return to the tent prepare a fresh seasonal forager’s salad using what we’ve gathered — a simple, delicious way to bring wild foods into everyday meals.
