What wedding options do you offer?
Harvey Family Farm offers three simple wedding options:
Elopements for up to 10 guests
Flower Farm Ceremonies for up to 25 guests
Celebration Weddings for up to 50 guests
Please include all guests in your count, including children.
Each package includes time on the farm, a reserved ceremony area, photography access, and farm flower credit. Additional flowers, floral design, table styling, rentals, and guest experiences are available.
Is the Farm closed to the public during our event?
No. Harvey Family Farm remains open to You-Pick visitors during weddings and events.
Your ceremony and reserved event areas are set aside for your celebration, but other guests may be enjoying the farm during your reservation.
Are weddings & receptions indoors or outdoors?
All weddings and celebrations are held outdoors.
Our property includes seasonal flower fields, open meadows, a red barn, and views toward Buffalo Mountain. Select packages include use of our 10' × 20' event tent, and larger tents may be rented if additional weather protection is needed.
Can we visit before booking?
Yes! Couples are welcome to explore the farm during regular You-Pick hours. We also offer scheduled group venue tours on select dates. Private tours may be available for a $50 fee, credited toward a booked event.
Your Wedding Day
What is included in each package?
Each package includes reserved time for a designated ceremony area & 10’ x 20’ tent, your choice of ceremony arches, seating for guests, photography access throughout the property, and a Harvey Family Farm flower credit.
Larger packages include additional time, guest capacity, tables, and other amenities. Full details are listed on each package page.
Can we add floral design, rentals, or other enhancements?
Yes. Optional add-ons include:

Add-ons allow you to personalize your celebration while keeping the base packages simple.
Can we take photographs throughout the Farm?
Yes. Wedding packages include photography access throughout approved areas of Harvey Family Farm.
Photo opportunities may include the flower fields, red barn, open meadows, lavender, and views toward Buffalo Mountain. All of these change throughout year, based on the current season.
Are tables & chairs included?
Tables and chairs are included according to the package you select.
Additional table and chair setup may be added if needed, and larger rentals can be coordinated for an additional fee.
Can we bring our own vendors?
Yes. You are welcome to bring your own approved vendors.
We also maintain a preferred vendor list of local professionals we know and trust, including photography, floral design, rentals, and other wedding services.
Are Farm flowers included?
Yes. Each wedding package includes a Harvey Family Farm flower credit.
You may use your credit toward DIY flower buckets, additional farm flowers, or our hosted bloom bar experience.
Weather, Food & Alcohol
What happens if it rains?
All weddings and celebrations at Harvey Family Farm are held outdoors.
Our 10' × 20' event tent provides limited shelter and is included with all packages. For larger groups or more complete weather protection, couples should arrange an additional tent or other approved rain plan.
We strongly encourage every couple to make a weather plan before the event.
Do you have restrooms?
Yes. Harvey Family Farm has one onsite restroom available for guests.
An outdoor shower is also available. Larger events may require an additional portable restroom rental.
Can we bring our own food?
Yes. You are welcome to provide your own food or hire a caterer.
We also maintain a preferred vendor list of local businesses to make planning simpler.
Are DJs or amplified music allowed?
No amplified music or DJs are permitted.
We maintain a peaceful atmosphere for farm visitors and respect our neighbors. Acoustic musicians and low-volume background music may be approved in advance.
Can alcohol be served?
Yes, with prior approval.
Harvey Family Farm does not provide, sell, or serve alcohol. All alcohol must be served by a licensed and insured bartender. Self-service alcohol is not permitted.
Event liability insurance is required, and Harvey Family Farm must be listed as an Additional Insured.
Guests, Children & Property Care
Are children welcome?
Yes. Children are welcome at Harvey Family Farm.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times. Children may not climb structures, enter restricted areas, (including the barn, damage flower beds, hang from tent supports, or disturb farm equipment.
The booking party is responsible for damage caused by guests, children, vendors, or other attendees.
Are DJs or amplified music allowed?
No amplified music or DJs are permitted.
We maintain a peaceful atmosphere for farm visitors and respect our neighbors. Acoustic musicians and low-volume background music may be approved in advance.
May guests pick flowers?
Guests may pick flowers only through an included package feature or purchased You-Pick add-on.
Flowers, landscaping, and growing areas should otherwise remain undisturbed.
What decorations are allowed?
Decorations are welcome as long as they are approved in advance, safely installed, and completely removed after the event.
The following are not permitted:
Open flames
Fireworks
Sky lanterns
Glitter
Confetti
Decorations that leave trash or debris behind
Natural flower petals may be permitted with prior approval.
What time must events end?
All events, music, and guest activities must conclude by 9:00 p.m. to respect our neighbors and maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the farm.
Booking & Payments
How do we reserve our date?
A signed agreement and a 50% non-refundable booking payment are required to reserve your event date.
Dates are not considered secured until both the agreement and payment have been received.
Is a damage deposit required?
Yes. A refundable damage deposit is added to your final invoice.
Damage deposits are:
$250 for Elopements and Flower Farm Ceremonies
$500 for Celebration Weddings
The deposit is returned after the event if there is no damage, excessive cleaning, missing property, or policy violation.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking as soon as you have chosen your preferred date.
Popular spring and fall dates may fill several months in advance, while elopements and smaller celebrations may sometimes be available on shorter notice.
Can we move our event to another date?
One date change may be permitted, subject to availability and the terms of your agreement.
Additional fees may apply if the new package, or event details differ from the original reservation.
What is your cancellation policy?
The initial 50% booking payment is non-refundable.
Additional payments may be eligible for a partial refund depending on how far in advance the event is canceled. Full cancellation terms will be included in your event agreement.
When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance is due 60 days before your event.
Any approved add-ons, rentals, or final adjustments will be included in your payment schedule.
Vendors, Rentals & Planning
How do we reserve our date?

Additional tables, chairs, setup, and larger rental needs may be added for an additional fee.

What happens if our guest count changes?
Please let us know as soon as possible if your guest count changes.
Guest counts must remain within the limit of your selected package. A larger guest count may require a package upgrade, additional seating, larger tents, restroom rentals, or added fees.
Final guest counts are due before the final payment deadline.
Do vendors need insurance?
Certain vendors may be required to provide proof of insurance before the event.
Bartenders and alcohol service providers must be properly licensed and insured.
Can we hold a rehearsal?
Rehearsal time is not included unless specifically listed in your package.
A separate reservation may be available if you would like additional time at the farm before your wedding day.
Insurance & Event Requirements
Is event liability insurance required?
Yes. Couples are required to provide proof of event liability insurance before the wedding.
Harvey Family Farm must be listed as an Additional Insured on the policy. Coverage requirements will be included in your event agreement..
Is additional insurance required if alcohol is served?
Yes. Alcohol service must be provided by a licensed and insured bartender.
Harvey Family Farm does not provide, sell, or serve alcohol, and self-service alcohol is not permitted.
What happens if required documents are not provided?
Required insurance documents, licenses, permits, and vendor information must be submitted by the deadlines listed in the event agreement.
Failure to provide required documentation may result in certain services being prohibited or the event being unable to proceed as planned.
Are permits or licenses required?
Couples and vendors are responsible for obtaining any permits, licenses, insurance, or approvals required for their specific event activities.
This may include requirements related to alcohol service, catering, rentals, or other specialty services.
Who is responsible for vendor compliance?
The booking party is responsible for ensuring that all vendors follow Harvey Family Farm policies and provide any required licenses, permits, or proof of insurance before the event.
Arrival, Set-up & Farm Access
Where will our guests park?
On-farm parking is available in designated areas. Parking instructions will be provided before your event.
Guests should park only in approved locations to protect growing areas and keep farm access clear.
When may we arrive for set up?
Setup, decorating, vendor arrival, celebration time, and cleanup must all take place within your reserved event time unless additional time has been purchased.
Please choose a package that provides enough time for the full event.
Is the Farm accessible for guests with mobility issues?
Harvey Family Farm is a working outdoor farm with grass, gravel, slopes, and uneven natural terrain.

May we leave decorations or belongings overnight?
No. Decorations, personal belongings, food, and event items must be removed by the end of the reserved time unless other arrangements have been approved in writing.
Can vendors arrive before our reservation time?
Vendor access must be scheduled in advance.
Early access is not guaranteed and may require additional rental time.
