Our Flower Farm Ceremony package is designed for couples who want more time and space to celebrate with family and friends while keeping the day beautiful, relaxed, and uncomplicated. Exchange vows beneath your choice of ceremony arch, enjoy photographs throughout the farm, and use your included flower credit to bring fresh Harvey Family Farm blooms into your celebration.

Located just minutes from downtown Johnson City, Tennessee, the farm offers beautiful backdrops throughout the property, including flower fields, meadow views, our red barn, and scenic views toward Buffalo Mountain.

  • Four hours of farm access

Fresh flowers from the farm may be used for DIY arrangements or applied toward custom floral design through our preferred florist.

    Give guests the experience of creating their own take-home bouquet with guidance and farm-grown flowers. Ten-guest minimum.

    You-Pick Flowers for Guests — $25 per cup
    Invite guests to visit the flower field and create their own fresh-cut bouquet.

  • Rental Coordination — $295
    We coordinate approved tent, table, chair, and restroom rentals, including delivery and pickup scheduling.

    Additional 10' × 10' Tent Setup — $40
    Add extra covered space using one of our smaller farm tents.

    Additional Table Setup — $15 per table
    We will place additional tables according to the approved event layout.

  • Yes. Additional flower credits, flower buckets, bouquet design, arch flowers, centerpieces, and other floral options are available.

  • A signed agreement and 50% non-refundable deposit are required to secure your date. You may reschedule one time at no cost. See details on our FAQs page.

  • Yes. A refundable damage deposit is added to your final invoice and returned after the event if no damage or additional cleanup is needed.
